1. Privacy Policy

At OnTheRunSF, we respect and protect client privacy.

• We may capture photos or videos during services for promotional use on social media, but only with the client’s explicit permission.

• All personal and service-related information remains strictly private and will not be shared with third parties.

2. Travel Fees

A travel fee applies to all appointments based on location:

• Local (Oakland/San Francisco): $9

• Up to 20 miles outside Oak/SF : $25

• 21-45 miles outside Oak/SF: $45

Nationwide/International airfare + hotel 

3. Confidence & Care Program

Every first Sunday of the month, OnTheRunSF provides free mobile hair services for Confidence and Care clients who meet the following criteria:

• 70 years or up (independent living)

• In hospice, hospital, or senior living/assisted living facilities (all ages)

• Services are first come, first served

4. Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid additional fees.
